We are proud to welcome Cynthia Davis to our legal team as she shares the same joy making a difference in the lives of fellow community members.  Cynthia left a comfortable career in the entertainment industry with the City of Tacoma with the desire to make more of a positive impact and contribution to others.  She found being an immigration, tax and probate attorney to being her means of doing so.

I sure wished I would have met Theresa before I hired the lawyers I had. This was a long drawn out case. My previous attorney withdrew from my case two months before the trial. My lawyer advised me to find a contingent lawyer, nobody wanted anything to do with a long complicated case, until I met Theresa. She is not a contingent lawyer but I was very pleased with her help. I had nobody to go to and I was broken. I got down and personal with her, she new in her heart what I was going through and she took me on as a client even though she was busy with all of her clients, she made time for me. I couldn't have done it without her. Theresa is a kind, sweet, down to earth kind of person. I will never forget her and I will always refer her to all my friends

Cathy’s mother, Debra, had suspiciously gone missing when Cathy was 10 years old and 15 years later, detectives were still unable to close the case.  Cathy and her grandmother continued to live in Debra's home and kept current with the mortgage.

Personal Representative Needed a Probate Attorney to Administer a Friend's Estate

Maria and Barbara were Don's neighbors for over a decade and his closest friends. In fact, when Don's wife passed away several years ago, they became the closest to relatives he had, aside from his two dogs.

Maria treated Don as a daughter did a father. It was no surprise that in his will, he assigned her as his estate's personal representative.

The will also stated that Barbara would inherit $100,000 and custody of his two dogs. Maria would get the rest of his estate and remaining assets valued at $500,000.
